This is my hotel - The APA Hotel and Resort in Makuhari. I chose it for the price and also bus service direct to the hotel from the airport.  So tall and I was on the second floor. My big mission for today was to go to the More Digital Art Museum AKA teamLab Borderless. I purchased tickets online but didn't notice that it was for the evening. So I got there when it opened, only to find out I had made a mistake. Went on other adventures. Headed across town to the Mori Art Museum.

This was the exhibit I came to see, a Japanese artist based in Berlin who does installations.

This had a mirror on the opposite side. That's me in the background.

These suitcases were suspended and you can walk under them.
I really loved this next piece which were interviews with German children, talking about the soul. Since it had English captions, I took a photo of quotes I liked.

Maybe the soul is in our heart.

It takes care that I stay honest to myself.

I believe that the soul moves upwards to God.

When we laugh we feel the happiness of the soul

This is in the foyer, the exhibit is at the top of the escalator.
Now, off to the Digital Art Museum - back across town! The pictures do not do the experience justice. It is a combination of art and technology. So creative the minds who put this together. Really fits the word, "awesome"!

Not sure the room's name, but this was may favorite. Started out as a bamboo forest, then became lily pads, then a lotus garden, then rain. It was amazing!

I have traveled quite a bit, and am using this page to record some memories. Travel is a wonderful education, expanding your view of the world, of other cultures, of the beauty of diversity.
